Dominee is a highly experienced healthcare professional who has been a valuable member of the Affinity Home Care team since 2021. With over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry, Dominee has provided care for individuals requiring assisted, memory, and hospice care. She has also successfully managed both adult care and memory care homes, demonstrating her leadership skills and ability to provide exceptional care. At Affinity Home Care, Dominee works closely with both clients and staff to ensure that everyone receives the best possible care. She is passionate about helping people and takes great pride in answering questions for new and potential clients, as well as supporting her team to deliver exceptional care to local clients.
In her free time, Dominee enjoys indulging in her hobbies, such as antiquing, trying new recipes or restaurants, and kickboxing, which helps her to maintain her physical and mental well-being. She is committed to living a healthy and balanced lifestyle, and this dedication carries over into her work at Affinity Home Care, where she strives to provide the highest level of care to her clients
Cynthia (Cindy) | Caregiver Coordinator
Cynthia brings over two decades of experience in in-home care, assisted living facilities, and private agency work to Affinity Home Care. As a caregiver coordinator, she assists caregivers in their responsibilities and is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for clients. Cynthia’s ultimate goal is to provide exceptional care every day and achieve positive outcomes for those under her care. To achieve her goal, Cynthia prioritizes communication and active listening, taking the time to understand each client’s unique needs and preferences. She collaborates with caregivers to create personalized care plans that reflect the client’s wishes and expectations. Cynthia’s genuine concern for the well-being of her clients and her dedication to excellence in care make her an invaluable member of the Affinity Home Care team.
Outside of work, Cynthia enjoys spending quality time with her children and beloved dog at the beach. Her commitment to both personal and professional pursuits demonstrates her ability to balance work and life, resulting in a well-rounded individual who is a valuable asset to the Affinity Home Care family.
