Caregiver
Schedule:

Pay:
$21.00 – $21.50 per hour

Main Responsibilities
- Provides general attention to residents needs.
- Documents all Activities of Daily Living for each resident.
- Provides companionship and observes to ensure safety and to report condition changes.
- Completes light housekeeping tasks.
- Maintains confidentiality regarding residents and the care.
- Maintains punctual, regular and predictable attendance.
- Displays excellent communication and remains calm and courteous under pressure.
Qualifications:
- Passion working with seniors + 6 months experience preferred!
- Completion of paid pre-employment trainings- provided during onboarding.
- Must obtain current CPR/1st Aid training (employer provided) & Oregon Food Handlers Permit
- Must be able to work weekends and have some schedule flexibility
Physical Demands:
- Lift and /or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds
Language Requirement
All team members must have the basic ability to use computer/smart phone applications for training and company system purposes. Employees must also be able to comprehend written documents such as work orders, safety rules, instructions, policies, and procedures. Also required is the ability of employees to speak and communicate effectively with clients, coworkers and management.

Registered Nurse
Schedule:
1-2 week days, avg. 8-16 hours per week.
Pay:
Pay $57 – $58 per hour. $2,500 sign on; $1,000 at 90 days and $1,500 at 120 days.
Shift:

Main Responsibilities
- Completes resident Health Evaluations.
- Reviews incident reports and participates in corrective action plan development.
- Completes and supervises RN Delegation, as applicable by state law.
- Acts as a clinical resource to clinical staff.
- Reviews and contributes to service plans.
- Provides first aid, wound care management and emergency assistance while working within the community.
- Provides medication training for staff and new hires medication checklist.
- Completes (weekly/ bi-weekly) medication/ MAR audit.
- Provides training programs as requested.
- Other duties as assigned.
Language Requirement

Qualifications:
• Graduate of accredited, professional nursing program.
• Current, unencumbered Oregon RN license.
• Professional in appearance and demeanor.
• Knowledge of applicable regulations pertaining to assisted living or memory care residents a plus.
• Familiarity with older adult nursing care and the concepts of assisted living or memory care.
• Outstanding assessment skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to perform multiple tasks with frequent interruptions.
• Outstanding customer service attitude and demeanor.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Current CPR card.
